As coalition consisting of RV manufacturers, component suppliers, dealers and campgrounds, Go RVing works to provide the public and media with pertinent information about the benefits of RV travel and to foster customer satisfaction with the RV experience through customer research.
I have been instrumental in the consulting, analysis and solution development for Go RVing's Internet development ambitions in my time with Pantheon Software.
Go RVing uses a robust and powerful lead tracking system for collection, management and analysis of industry leads. It has been my responsibility to identify needs, conceive solutions, oversee their development and implementations.
The most recent success was the addition of streaming video versions of the promotional videos. The custom embedded player captures viewing statistics of user habits, including when the user takes action such as emailing a friend.
